“…Every time we've had a problem, from a lightning strike to our well going dry, these guys have come out and given quick and honest service to us and our neighbors. During the drought, several of us lost water - our well, which we were told was 700' deep when we bought the house turned out to only be 442' deep.
Drilling a new well was not an affordable option so they suggested setting up a tank or two to have water delivered…They helped us with the plumbing from the pipes in the well area to the garage, and with getting the new pump to bring water into the water softener from the tank.
Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I think most of our 50+ neighbors have used A & W at one time or another.

“***** Five stars highest rating for customer service ! Called the phone number after hours about 7:30pm, a live voice answered started taking my personal info for a call back when one of the techs walked in. I explained my PumpTec box wasn't getting any power and i was with out water. He said you probably have dirty contacts... fire-ants? spider webs?. He explained in 50 words what to do to me, a notorious non-handyman and I was able to get my system up and running in 20 minutes. No $100 service call which is what every one else had quoted me,just a simple fix.
I am mailing them a $25 check tonight as an appreciation for their great customer service. Please patronize A&W Water Well Service. We need to keep these guys in business.”

“These folks are great! We've had a few minor problems with our well and every time they are extremely responsive, quick and more than fair fair with their prices. My wife found them a year ago while I was out of town and they got the water working again for $25. I'm having more issues now and they are once again treating us greatly. If you need a well installed or just simple maintenance, this is the family business to call!”

“I had my well unexpectedly go dry last week. I called A & W that evening. They came out the the following afternoon and replaced my pump and placed it 40 feet deeper. Everything works great now. The guys were very friendly and hard working in the 100+ degree heat. I couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended.”
